These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Frntal Games for frntal.com and each game, application, website, or related service that links to them (the “Services”). Please read them before playing or installing a Service.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
A store listing or in-game notice may set a higher minimum age or additional rules. Mandatory consumer protections and age-related rights in your country continue to apply.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, Frntal grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for private, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices. The Services are licensed, not sold. No ownership right is transferred to you.
3. Browser games and pre-release features
Rift Relay, Pocket Uprising, and Veil Runner are playable browser editions. Android editions and other announced features may still be in development. Names, art, balance, content, platforms, availability, and release plans may change or be cancelled.
Test or preview builds may contain errors, reset progress, change without notice, and be unavailable at times. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, a preview is not a promise of a release date, feature set, region, or continued service.
4. Accounts and security
The current frntal.com browser games do not require player accounts. If a future Service offers an account, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, or transfer an account unless the Service expressly permits it.
Account-enabled Services will provide both an in-app deletion path and an external path described on our Data & Account Deletion page.
5. Fair play and acceptable use
You must not:
- cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate rankings, or interfere with another player;
- use bots, scrapers, unauthorized servers, malware, or tools that probe, burden, or disrupt a Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, bypass security, or extract source or assets except where law expressly permits;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or submit unlawful or infringing material;
- sell, rent, commercialize, or transfer the Services, accounts, virtual items, or access without written permission; or
- use a Service to violate law or the rights of Frntal, another player, or a third party.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including removing content, resetting affected results, restricting access, or reporting unlawful conduct.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items
A mobile game may offer purchases through Google Play or another authorized store. The store processes payment, and its payment, cancellation, and refund rules also apply. Prices and taxes are shown before purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
Virtual currency, boosts, and items are limited licenses to digital features. Unless law requires otherwise, they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred outside the relevant Service. We may rebalance or discontinue virtual content for legitimate product, security, or legal reasons while respecting mandatory consumer rights.
7. Advertising
Some games may contain advertising, including optional rewarded ads or ads between runs. Ads must not be confused with gameplay controls. Privacy and consent choices are described in the relevant game notice. An advertised third-party product is provided by that third party; Frntal does not endorse or warrant it merely because an ad appears.
8. User content and feedback
If a Service lets you submit content, you retain your existing ownership rights. You grant Frntal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the relevant Service, subject to applicable privacy settings and law.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content. Suggestions and feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but we are not required to use them.
9. Frntal intellectual property
The Services—including code, game rules as expressed in code, art, animation, characters, worlds, writing, music, sound, logos, and trademarks—belong to Frntal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not permit use of Frntal branding or assets outside the limited license in section 2.
10. Updates and availability
We may patch, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue a Service or feature for product, operational, security, legal, or platform reasons. Online functions require internet access and may not be available in every device, language, or region. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and platform account.
11. Third-party platforms
App stores, payment processors, ad providers, links, and platform services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When a game is obtained from Google Play, Google Play’s applicable terms are additional to these Terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory store rules for that transaction, the mandatory store rules control.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or when a Service is discontinued. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to appeal. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination do so.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Implied warranties are excluded only to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits a guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frntal and its personnel, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from a Service. For claims that may lawfully be limited, Frntal’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
15. Governing rules and disputes
Mandatory laws and courts available to consumers where they live are not displaced by these Terms. Otherwise, the laws applicable at Frntal’s principal place of business govern, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, contact us and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
16. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a legitimate reorganization, financing, merger, or transfer of a Service. These Terms, together with incorporated game-specific terms, are the entire agreement about the Services they cover.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the new version and effective date and give additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means acceptance where permitted by law.
