Common fixes
- Use Restart from the pause menu if a route becomes stuck.
- Try Hint or Auto when you need help finding a clear car.
- The core game works offline; consent messages and ads require a connection.
- Audio, haptics, color-letter cues, and Privacy Choices are available in Settings.
- If an optional rewarded ad does not load, close the prompt and continue playing without it.
Accessibility
Settings includes letter cues that supplement car and rider colors. Please report clipped text, low contrast, missing labels, or other accessibility issues with your device model and a screenshot.
Privacy and local progress
Read the ParkFlow Privacy Policy. Local progress can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Eligible support-data requests can also be started through the public deletion page.
Response time
Frntal Games aims to respond to support and privacy requests within five business days. Complex technical or deletion requests may require additional verification.
