These game-specific Terms apply to Dungeon Dash and supplement the Frntal Games Terms and Conditions. If the two conflict about Dungeon Dash, these game-specific Terms control.
1. License and age
Frntal grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Dungeon Dash for private, non-commercial entertainment on compatible Android devices. The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. A parent or guardian must agree where the player cannot legally enter these Terms alone.
2. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with purchases, bypass security, automate gameplay, distribute modified builds, extract game assets, or interfere with the game or other users. Security research permitted by law should be reported privately to support before public disclosure.
3. Ads and rewards
Optional rewarded ads grant only the reward displayed in the game after successful completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed. An interstitial may appear between runs but should not interrupt active play. Advertising privacy choices are explained in the Dungeon Dash Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases and entitlements
Google Play processes purchases and its payment and refund rules apply. A purchased entitlement is a limited license tied to the applicable Google Play account and game availability; it is not cash, property, or transferable value. Use the in-game restore function or contact support for a missing durable entitlement.
5. Local progress
Progress is primarily stored on the device. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, device loss, operating-system changes, or technical failure may remove local progress. Purchase restoration does not necessarily restore ordinary game progress.
6. Updates and availability
We may update levels, balance, rewards, ads, purchases, compatibility, and technical services. We may suspend or discontinue the game for product, operational, security, legal, or platform reasons, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
7. Ownership
Dungeon Dash, its code, name, artwork, characters, animation, writing, music, sound, and trademarks belong to Frntal Games or its licensors. No right is granted except the limited license stated above.
8. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dungeon Dash is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Frntal is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss where such exclusion is lawful. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
